The underlying documents

Federal Register content, including rule text, effective dates, agency names, RINs and CFR references, is a work of the United States Government and is in the public domain. No permission is needed from anyone, including us.

The compiled record

Luminory's compilation, which is the selection, normalisation, sector mapping and effective-date keying, is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. You may copy, adapt and redistribute it, including commercially, provided you attribute it.

Attribution can be as short as: Compiled record: Luminory, https://luminory.org.

The data file

data.json is the full compiled record: 282 records with every field described in the methodology. It is regenerated when the record is refreshed and carries no stable ordering guarantee beyond effective date.

⚠️ The licence covers reuse. It is not a warranty. Effective dates are amended by later rules and the window moves; verify against the source document before relying on any date.
